About me
Cynthia Lee is an Environmental Planning Engineer with the City of Red Deer’s Utilities Department. She has a combined 7 years of experience working with municipal infrastructure, including design development, construction inspection, and project management of new or retrofits of water and wastewater systems, both in the consulting industry and as the Owner. Originally from Edmonton, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta.
In her free time, Cynthia appreciates a tough day hike, rides her bicycle around Red Deer, and is a baking enthusiast.
