About me
Justin’s passion for water and the environment, love of the outdoors, and entrepreneurial spirit has led to a career in the water industry, which began directly after graduating university with an Honours Degree in Commerce in 2004. For 20 years, Justin has been consulting with the public and private sector on water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection systems. Justin has had the opportunity to tour through water and wastewater treatment facilities in every province in Canada, always with one goal in mind; to help solve problems. This experience has uncovered common challenges among operators, allowed for the sharing of information & best practices, and improved the connection between industry and public works. Justin is a founding director with OPTCO Ltd., a solutions company focused on providing sustainable products that last, and a founding director of the Clean Water Education Foundation, a volunteer run charity organization whose mission is to help educate the next generation of water stewards, and to support initiatives surrounding the protection of Canadian water resources.
